Directions and Parking

King Richard's Faire sits on two hundred acres in Carver, 45 minutes from Boston and providence. Parking is free and on site, so there is no fee to fret over and no meter to watch. Follow the signs as you approach, and our team will wave you into place. Arrive early before gates open at 10:30 and the closest lots are still open; come midday on a themed weekend and the free shuttles from the Queen's Lot will carry you right to the gate.

Parking is always free. Spaces are first come, first served, and on busy weekends our on-site lots often fill by late morning. The earlier you arrive, the better your chance to park on-site and walk right in. Gates open at 10:30 AM.

Handicapped parking is available closest to the front gate for guests with a handicapped plate or placard.

Lots full? Plan on the Queen's Lot
When the on-site lots fill, police and parking staff will direct cars to the Queen's Lot about 3 miles away. Please follow their directions and the posted route.

✓ Free round-trip shuttles take you to the front gate and back to your car at the end of the day.
✓ Allow extra time for the shuttle so you don't miss the shows you're coming for.
✓ No street parking on Route 58, Pine Street or nearby neighborhood streets. Violators may be fined or towed.
✓ Accessible parking is available closest to the front gate for guests with a handicapped plate or placard.

No street parking is allowed on or along Route 58, Pine Street, Rochester Road, Meadow Street, Mayflower Road, or Crescent Street, or in the surrounding neighborhoods. All guests must park in official Faire lots. Walking on or along these roads is dangerous. Violators may be subject to fines or towing. Please be respectful of one another and of our neighbors.
