Admission is tiered by date. Adults (12+) and children (4 to 11):

• September 5 to September 20: $36 adult, $22 child
• September 26 to October 4: $40 adult, $24 child
• October 10 to October 25: $46 adult, $26 child

Children under 4 enter free. A limited number of tickets are available at the front gate daily, but we encourage you to buy dated tickets online in advance. Online tickets incur a small convenience fee per ticket, and all tickets are non-refundable

Gate prices match online prices for the same date, but online purchase guarantees entry on busy days and lets you pay by credit card. In-person box office sales for admission and food tickets are cash only.

Yes, you may edit an online ticket to another 2026 Faire day if that date still has online sales available. Visit your TicketSpice account center and use the EDIT button. The change must be made before the date you originally purchased for, a change fee applies, and any price difference must be paid. Edits are valid within the 2026 season only.

Parking, shuttle service when applicable, the 2026 Faire program, immersive street entertainment, three daily jousting tournaments, eleven stages of world-class entertainment, shopping and live demonstrations in the Artisan Marketplace. Additional fees apply for rides and games in the Gaming Glen, pony rides, artisan wares, and food and beverages.

Not at all. A costume is encouraged to get into the spirit, but it is completely optional, and plenty of guests come in everyday clothes. Costumes should be suitable for a family-friendly atmosphere. Dress for the outdoors and the day's weather, and wear practical shoes to navigate the grounds. Footwear is required.

Yes. Many artisan shops sell 16th-century apparel, and Seams Like A Dream, just inside the front gate, rents a wide selection of adult and children's costumes for a fee.

The Faire is a rain-or-shine event. Unless the weather is dangerous, we open and stay open. Tickets are honored on their selected date only and are nonrefundable, though you may edit to another available 2026 date for a fee before your original date. We post any weather closure on our website, Facebook, and Instagram.

Very much so. King Richard's Faire has family-friendly entertainment for all ages, with rides, games, pony rides, puppets, a petting zoo, and shows throughout the day. Children under 4 enter free.

Yes, strollers and wagons are welcome, along with bags and backpacks. All are subject to a check at the gate. See Policies & Safety for the full entry-and-bag policy.

No, outside food and beverage are not permitted, including water. Breast milk and baby formula are allowed when accompanied by an infant or toddler, and water and allergen-free options are sold inside. Empty water bottles are permitted to fill up at one of our two water filling stations. See Policies & Safety for the full foodand-drink policy.

Games and rides are cash only, ATMS are available throughout the site. Many artisans accept cash and credit. All food and beverage areas accept digital forms of payment, as well as food and beverage tickets.

Yes. Only guests 21 and over with proper ID may purchase or consume alcohol. See Policies & Safety for the full alcohol policy.

No, there is no readmission. Plan to stay until you depart for the day. See Policies & Safety for full entry rules.

No weapons of any kind are permitted, and costume weapon adornments are reviewed case by case at the gate. The Weapons & Costume Policies page has the full detail.
